絕緣材料低壓漏電起痕試驗儀概述：
耐漏電起痕試驗（電痕化指數試驗）是根據 UL746A 、IEC60112 、IEC60335、IEC884-1、 GB2099.1、GB/T4207、GB4706.1 ASTMD 3638-92 等標準規定的模擬仿真試驗項目。耐漏電起痕試驗（電痕化指數試驗）是在固體絕緣材料表面上，在規定尺寸 ( 2mm × 5mm ) 的鉑電極之間，施加某一電壓并定時(shí) (30s) 定高度 ( 35mm ) 滴下規定液滴體積的導電液體 (0.1%NH4CL) ，用以評價(jià)固體絕緣材料表面在電場(chǎng)和潮濕或污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下的耐漏電性能，測定其相比電痕化指數 (CTI) 和耐電痕化指數(PTI) 。電痕化是指固體絕緣材料在電應力和電解雜質(zhì)的聯(lián)合作用下，在表面（或內部）產(chǎn)生導電通道。
